TONY RUSSELL, MANAGING DIRECTOR
Prior to founding CPR International in 1994, Mr. Russell was a principal with a top twenty international retained search firm, where he served as Principal and Healthcare Practice Director for the firm. Previously, Mr. Russell founded a boutique international healthcare consulting and executive search firm focused in the Medical Device industry. Earlier, he co-founded and served as Vice President and General Manager for the Washington Executive Group, a Washington, D.C. based consulting and executive search firm. A primary client of this group was the White House Transition Committee. Throughout his over 30-year career, Mr. Russell has served as an active investor in and consultant for early-stage medical device companies.
BILL BOSWELL, MANAGING DIRECTOR
Bill Boswell brought 22 years of healthcare industry experience when he joined CPR International in 1998. He began his career with Ethicon Inc., a division of Johnson & Johnson. During his 17 year tenure with Ethicon, he held various sales and marketing management positions of increasing responsibility including National Field Sales Manager and Director of Sales Strategic Development. In 1990, he became part of the original management group at Ethicon Endo-Surgery, where he held the positions of Director of Marketing and Director of Procedure Development. In 1994, he joined Implant Innovations, Inc. (now Biomet/Zimmer) as Global Vice President of Sales and Marketing, and member of the Executive Committee. Mr. Boswell has served as an active investor in and consultant for early-stage medical device companies.
